Information you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project requirements. You can also provide a phone number, organisation, dates, location, budget and equipment list. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond, prepare a quote, discuss availability and arrange services you request. This supports the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

Form processing

Our enquiry form sends the details you enter to Splitforms, our form-processing provider, for submission handling and email notification. Technical information such as your IP address may be processed for security and spam prevention. Hosting and email providers may also process technical data needed to operate the website and respond to you.

Storage and retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry.
